Running is our specialty. Certified through Road Runners Club of America, we want to help you fulfill your dreams and reach your goals as a runner. Whether you are trying to run your first 5k or qualify for the Boston Marathon, we will create a training program specifically for you. If you are looking for a personalized program or more budget friendly solid training plan we have options to help you achieve your goals. 

Online

This option is the best for people who don’t live in the Miami-Dade area. You receive all the benefits of training in person, except that it’s virtual!
Here is what’s included:

  • Personalized training program for your goals. No copy and paste. Each program is created for the individual.

  • Unlimited 'client-initiated' access to coach by email/text please allow 24 hour response time.

  • Strength training program.

  • Full access to all online videos by Jo Butler.

  • Nutrition and supplement guidance.

  • Online/mobile access to program through Training Peaks (syncs with Garmin devices).

  • Running tips and pre-race strategies.

In-Person

Premium is for clients who are looking for a personal training program and unlimited access to their coach with follow up. This is great for athletes who are truly trying to knock time off their races and personalize their program for success.
Premium package includes:

  • Personalized training program for your goals. No copy and paste. Each program is created for the individual.

  • Unlimited access to coach through text or email.

  • 1-2 in person training sessions, plus free group runs on Wednesday nights and Saturday Mornings.

  • Full access to online videos

  • Nutrition and supplement guidance and discounts.

  • Strength training program.

  • Running tips and pre-race strategies.

  • Online/mobile access to program through Training Peaks.
