Simply Natural Fitness was created to inspire and equip people to live their lives to the fullest. Jo is a professional fitness and nutrition coach with a BA in kinesiology, certified as a personal trainer through NASM, certified running coach through RRCA, and is a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. Health is much more than fitness and nutrition. Our goal is to enable you to reach your goals through well round holistic health.
Jo is a 4 time Boston Marathon qualifier who is pursuing her dream of becoming pro and qualifying for the 2020 Olympic Trials. Her desire is to motivate and inspire young women to pursue their dreams. She has struggled with eating disorders, depression, and anxiety and wants to help female athletes take care of their bodies so they can perform their best. Wholesome, well-balanced nutrition and training are key for athletes to achieve their goals. She also cares and emphasizes mental health for her athletes. She integrates mental awareness and healthy techniques to manage stress and maintain a positive mindset.
