Basic Training

 So you’re busy. You probably have a stressful schedule and either don’t have time to go to the gym or don’t want to. Let’s be real, we don’t all want to be around those crazy lifters who grunt and look at themselves in the mirror. You’re looking to lose a couple pounds, gain some energy, and build your confidence! However, you’re on a budget. Great!

Our Basic Training is a great fit for you. It’s reasonably priced and you get science backed workouts that allow you to look great and feel awesome all from the comforts of your own home. No heavy weights necessary!

Our workouts are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). They are known to help you look lean and fit without all the barbells and whistles.

This program includes:

  • Access to one of our science backed HIIT programs with 3-4 workouts per week.

  • 2 days of cardio work (running, walking, rowing, etc)

  • Weekly access to your coach.

  • Coach feedback and assistance from our APP.

  • General nutritional guidance.

  • Free bands and sliders.

  • Sign up for 12 months and receive a free suspension trainer (best piece of at home equipment).

Premium Training

$200 Month

Let’s be real. You don’t feel like paying someone $1200 a month to train you. On top of that you have a busy schedule that often changes. Maybe your a new mom, an entrepreneur, or even an athlete who has an irregular schedule.

But hey, you’re motivated. You want to get stronger, tone up, improve performance, and increase your productivity. You’re that mom that wants to have the energy to play with her kids. Or you’re that bad ass business woman who wants to show the men how incredible you are. Yeah. I get it. Plus who has time to do all this and workout at the gym.

Our Premium Online Training is an awesome fit. We prepare you with personalized workouts that work to fit your schedule. You don’t need the gym or you don’t have to get up at 4 am to get your workout in. You need yourself and a kick ass attitude so you can function at your best.

This program include:

  • Personalized workouts that don’t require a gym or heavy weights. You get to workout from the comforts of your own home.

  • You get to choose 4-6 workouts per week, plus if you want additional cardio.

  • Access to our mobile APP.

  • Workouts specialized for HIIT which allows you to feel great and shed weight on a time schedule.

  • Daily coach access and feedback.
